CRAO, CRVO, retinal detachment, giant cell arteritis fundoscopy 안저 검사 특징 정리

fundoscopy (안저검사)에서 특징적인 소견을 보이는 4개의 질환인 CRAO, CRVO, retinal detachment, giant cell arteritis의 안저검사 결과들에 대해 정리해 보았다.

 

 

CRAO (중심 망막 동맥 폐쇄)

 

CRAO는 특징적으로 cherry red spot이 나타난다. 나도 처음에는 황반(maculla)과 헷갈려서 정상 황반을 보고 CRAO라고 생각했었는데, 정상 황반은 좀 더 검고 크며, CRAO의 cherry red spot은 작고 붉다.

CRVO (중심 망막 정맥 폐쇄)

 

CRVO는 blood and thunder가 특징이다. 전반적으로 붉은 태풍이 휘몰아치는듯한 모양이다.

retinal detachment는 망막이 떨어져나온 경계가 안저검사에서도 보인다.

giant cell arteritis는 cotton wool spot이라고 불리는 특징적인 병변을 나타낸다. 솜뭉치를 뭉쳐놓은 듯한 모양이다.
